In Japanese culture, sushi is considered to be an art form because its appearance is just as important as how it tastes. Chefs from different regions of Japan roll it and arrange it on the plate according to their own styles, and they spend years learning the craft of sushi-making. You and your family are invited to get a taste of how this delicate art form is created at Sushi School! Sushi School Open House and Demo is for couples, friends and families with children.
The fee includes admission for two, Sushi Demo at 2PM and all supplies to make one California roll and two Spicy Tuna rolls per person. Part of proceeds will be donated to ArtWeek Boston.
