Festival of Museums: Anthony Amore Talks Art Theft

Join us for a conversation on art theft with Anthony Amore. Anthony is the director of security at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum where he also serves as the chief investigator into the infamous 1990 heist of 13 priceless works of art–the biggest property theft in history. He previously served as an assistant director with the TSA and as a Special Agent with the FAA. He is the author of Stealing Rembrandts: The Untold Stories of Notorious Art Heists and The Art of the Con, a New York Times best seller.
About the Festival of Museums: Local residents and visitors alike will experience Cape Cod’s rich history in our own backyard on May 6, 2017 from 10:00AM -4:00PM at the Hyannis Youth and Community Center located 141 Bassett Lane, Hyannis, MA 02601.
