Stress Relief Through Art

Creating art and appreciating art helps to relieve stress. Artists will share their craft and how it helps them relieve stress. The art forms of visual art, music, cooking, and writing can all be stress-relievers. Participants will hear about a variety of ways art helps the artist and those who appreciate it to better handle their stress.
Adults and children are welcome. Participants may be able to create with colored pencils, crayons, or markers on paper provided.
