Join Pastry Chef Lydia Broderick as she shares her passion for creating imaginative confections! In this presentation, Chef Lydia will teach you how to craft handmade gourmet donuts from scratch using jams from the historic Green Briar Jam Kitchen, offering up samples, tips, and instructions. She will demonstrate her talent for flavoring, filling, and presentation, sharing her expertise for turning a donut into a gourmet showstopper presentation! Lydia Broderick was born and raised in the quaint village of Sandwich, Cape Cod’s oldest town, and has been part of the Dan’l Webster Inn’s culinary team for 22 years, becoming the creativity behind the scenes of all that is “sweet.” The Inn is a Distinguished Restaurant of North America, placing it in the top 1% of restaurants in the nation.
