The Art of Sake Brewing
October 8, 2016 at 4:00 pm–7:30 pm
An event every day that begins at 4:00pm, repeating until October 9, 2016
Special for ArtWeek, join us to learn about sake and write a haiku about your experience. Participants will be invited to share haikus with the class. Two different brewers from Japan will be presenting their sake, and explaining how sake is made, as well as the different types of sake they brew. Participants will get to taste test five different types of sake. There will also be a selection of complimentary appetizers.
Kikusui Tasting Events: Saturday, October 8 at 4:00 – 5:30PM and Sunday, October 9 at 2:00 – 3:30PM. Tasting selection includes: Kikusui Sakamai, Kikusui Junmai Ginjo, Kikusui Funaguchi, Kikusui Junmai, Kikusui Jukusei Aged
Dassai Tasting Events: Saturday October 8 at 6:00 – 7:30PM and Sunday Oct 9 at 4:00 – 5:30PM. Tasting selection incudes: Dassai 23, Dassai 39, Dassai 50, Dassai Nigori, Dassai Sparkling
