Write a Passage

Join us for a monthly journey towards better health and happiness through expressive and creative writing. Special for ArtWeek, we’ll do a group story writing activity that gets everyone thinking and writing together!
The purpose of this group is to give community members and friends a dedicated opportunity to utilize the art of writing and claim potential life benefits including improved mood, improved immune system functioning and better sleep! Each hour-long session follows this structure: 5 minutes of meet and greet/centering, 5 minutes of gratitude writing, 15 minutes of free writing or journaling, 20 minutes of writing from a given prompt (or prompts), 15 minutes of sharing and discussion. This group is open to the public and will be led by Miranda’s Hearth Member, Kara Kulpa.
All writing materials are welcome. Laptops, pen and paper, or something more creative!
