Presented by Highland Street Foundation and produced by the Boch Center, ArtWeek has become an annual award-winning innovative festival featuring hundreds of unique and creative experiences that are hands-on, interactive or offer behind-the-scenes access to artists or the creative process. Launched in 2013 and produced by the Boch Center as part of a strategy to strengthen its role in both the community and the creative economy beyond just its downtown historic theaters, ArtWeek’s growth has been explosive.

In May 2017, the Boch Center announced ArtWeek was expanding statewide and recently launched a new logo, website address (ArtWeekMA.org), and social media channels—check us out @ArtWeekMA.  We also announced that the Mass Cultural Council and Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism have become our new Lead Champions. Working with these two statewide partners will allow for the development of regional hubs with an expanding showcase of the Commonwealth’s creative economy. We had an amazing 2019 season, and are looking forward to ArtWeek 2020 (May 1 – May 10). Event application dates and other details are coming soon!
