Cartooning for the Soul

Nationally recognized cartoonist Joe Young will teach participants how to draw cartoons through letters and basic shapes. Afterwards, attendees will develop cartoons and comic strips with a message. This family-orientated, complimentary workshop will be held at the Franklin Public Library. Supplies provided!
